Product: Atheros AR 5007 80211 b/g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Having trouble connecting to newly-installed wireless modem (Hitron CGMN-2250). Tech and I have tried everything. So now want to "update" network driver. Which program should I use: sp54972.exe or sp39403.exe or something else? Thanx, jim

Hi:
Yes, you need to update the wifi driver because for some reason the card doesn't work with WPA2 security on most newer routers.
Accordingly you need this driver...sp54972.exe
This package contains the drivers for the supported Atheros Wireless LAN Adapters in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
