I can't access H/P for the part number for a 5 GHz + Blu upgrade for this unit. I keep getting a "not available" when i I log into support and ask my question or try to download a manual.. I would like to replace my Realtek 8812BU with a 5GHz model and I need that H/P approved part number. I want the internal model as opposed to the after market usb port model because they have prove to give a much more stable performance. Anybody got any Idee's out there? Ron A

Hello @Whooinhell2000 .
The documentation of your device is no longer available on the Hp website since it may be an old device, and I have to tell you that Hp no longer supports devices that have been on the market for 10 years or more, now, there is no internal wlan card with AC protocol that supports the 5ghz for your laptop.

Thank You for your answer Goldmaster. I had anticipated as much. If H/P doesn't want to service out
units from the ages of enlightenment they should have used straw instead of brick and mortar to
build them back them. (lol) I refurbish units for people in recovery and these are the units I work with,
tough, reliable, and cheap. Again thank you for your time. Ron A (The Whoo)
