Hi:

What model Wi-Fi card does your notebook have now?

Do you have a 14-Dv0000 or a 14-dh1xxx?

Those are two different model series you posted.

Hi Paul. I'm currently using the 14-dh1xxx.

My wifi card model as below :-

Manufacturer : Realtek Semiconductor Corp

Description : Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter

Hi:

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to install a Wi-Fi 6 card unless you completely disassembled the notebook including the display panel to properly run the second antenna wire needed for a Wi-Fi 6 card to work properly.

The antenna kit to order can be found in chapter 3, page 20 of the service manual.

HP did not offer any Wi-Fi 6 card for your notebook's model series, but this one should work if you want to go through all the complications I wrote about above to install it.
