Going by the specs sheet of your computer and the Qualcomm wifi card’s specifications, it looks like it is compatible. However, I request you to consult a local technician to assist you here as you need to get the correct drivers from the manufacturer for this card for windows 10.

Thanks for trying to help with Upgrading the WIFI Adapter
I all ready have all the information you sent me links for
My problem is due to having the AMD CPU Laptop it is virtually impossible to get any information about upgrading the internal wifi card
Other owners of the AMD version of this Laptop have tried replacing the wifi card with an Intel card and the laptops will not boot up or if they boot up the Intel card is not showing up
I upgraded my Virgin media broadband from 75mb to 100mb and for some reason my wifi, speed dropped around 10% while the Ethernet speed increased around 12%
Virgin Media blamed the speed download problem on my Laptop: saying it was an old model that could not handle their latest router; the laptop was bought spring 2014
