Updating the BIOS will not make the wireless card compatible with your machine in any way. 

 

I have already shared with you the compatible wireless cards in my previous messages. Those are the tested wireless cards for your particular machine. If you want to try the other wireless card, you can try at your own risk since HP does not recommend the same.
