Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have damaged my single WiFi antenna in my laptop. I figured while I have it opened I might as well upgrade to a Dual Antenna. I was trying to find the exact part numbers for the antenna and the WLAN card that go with my laptop. It is an 7th Gen Intel, if that helps. Thanks!

After reading your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service Guide of your product and found that you have Integrated wireless options with a single antenna (M.2/PCIe) see the below details:
