HP Pavilion - 15-cs0064st
Microsoft Windows 11

My network speeds are showing the opposite of what I would expect, and it's only doing this on my laptop. It happens both when I'm on wifi and ethernet cable. Other devices on my network are all showing SpeedTest results where the download is faster than the upload (as expected). I'm running Windows 11 Home, upgraded from the original Windows 10. The HP website doesn't offer any drivers for Win11 on this device.

Recent results from the SpeedTest website are as follows:

WiFi - download - 202 Mbps, upload - 626 Mbps

LAN - download - 260 Mbps, upload - 437 Mbps

AT&T fiber for internet, already ran troubleshooting with them and found nothing.

Hi @gazimmerman

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for contacting us.

I don't see any issue here. May I know if you were able to use the internet on your system?

Do you get any error messages?

You may try the link below if the internet is working slow: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03460887

Also, please note that drivers available on the HP website for Windows 10 work fine with Windows 11. You can use and download them.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
