I'm not sure this post is in the correct board. If not, please move and advise.

I just purchased this laptop and am in the process of setting it up. I have tried using a wireless mouse but it doesn't work. When I inserted the mouse key in the USB slot, the software loaded and said it is ready for use.

Everytime I try to open/close an item with the mouse, or right click on something, nothing happens. Have to se Windows key and f4 to close.

Is this laptop mouse compatible?

Any help appreciated.
