Video meetings keep stuttering every 30 seconds.

Video meetings often stutters every 30 seconds, in zoom meeting or in google meet. I thought it was because of poor internet connection at first. However, when I changed network connection, the problem still persist. It works fine with YouTube and other video related stuff but not when it comes to video meetings. I hope somebody can help. Thanks.

change ur web browser to microsoft edge and disbale all the start up programs except the firewall and the realtek audio and intel graphics . then download the file by clicking   here   . then right click the file and click on "run as administrator" . then restart the pc . wait until the process is completely finished . dont interrupt the program . after ur pc reboots , then type run and click on it and type this "%windir%\system32\dfrgui.exe" without quotes .  and check whether problem still persists or not
