Hi
We have been experiencing issues with our voice calls (teams, skype, voip) on multiple HP's when using wifi. It is fine on ethernet.
We have installed NetMotion software which seems to be causing a conflict but this software works fine on our Dell laptops.
We need NetMotion to run and have been talking to them about the issue but they can not find any problems with the software.
We have noticed in forums a number of HP users have had similar behaviour with ping test showing a lag.
When the lags on a ping test happen it interrupts the voice on teams. It seems others have had these issues before and a lot of our HP's users who are having this problem are using Realtec wifi cards.
Any clues or help?

Hi, I feel the problem is coming from the fact that you are using a Windows 11 Operating system. Windows 11 drivers are very problematic and most websites are advocating against installing windows 11 at this early stage of its development.
Windows 10 still works perfectly and new updates are being released.
Your best bet is to try installing Windows 10 and try NetMotion on it and see if it works.
Keep me posted on your findings.
