Why do I have 8 WAN Miniports?  And should I delete them?  My wi-fi has turned itself off overnight and I don't know why.

Those miniports are used for different things, do not delete them.

Try preventing the Wi-Fi from powering off.  Bring up the device manager, find your Wi-Fi system and change the power management

I think you may need a windows 11 driver.  Please read the following and see if your Realtek chip is the same as the one in this discussion

If so, use the one recommended by @Paul_Tikkanen

Hi, @Janet82

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 Wi-Fi adapter.

HP PartSurfer

Intel just released an updated Wi-Fi driver which also updates the driver for your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter.

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

It will update the driver for your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter to version 19.51.49.1.
