I have had my eg300 for many months. The wifi - Realtek RTL8852BE, never gets above 60 mbps on my gigabit Fios connection. Connecting a hard wired Anker dongle gives me 900 mbps speeds. What can be done to make the built in adapter to work at the speeds intended ? I need to be able to move the laptop to areas where I cannot hard wire a connection

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi adapter:
6001.15.154.0
Provides support for Wi-Fi Dynamic Antenna Gain. (RTL8852BE)
