HP Pavilion x360 13-u101ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

Today i get black screen, and my laptop just freeze. After reset i checked windows log and found plenty errors WHEA-Logger event ID 17. I found out that i have to update my drivers.
I'm looking for drivers for HP Pavilion x360 13-u101ne. When i'm typing that i only get software and drivers for HP ENVY x360 15-u101ne.
All what i can find is only product documentation http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/default.aspx?cc=emea_middle_east&lc=en&oid=13316364

Hello @InfinityM

I checked that model number and it seems there is a glitch in the new web system HP has recently moved to.

But the drivers for the x360 13-u101 will be the same no matter what the last two letters are in the number.

Here is a link for drivers that will work...

HP Software and Driver Downloads x360 13-u101np

You can also use the HP Support Assistant to locate driver updates.

As for solving the logger event 17 error, I dont know if the driver updates will actually do the trick.

Its a tough error to find a fix for... https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/
