HP G6 2355sf
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello i own a hp g6 2355sf and i cant get the wifi to work, the f12 button is always orange.

I've tried all the drivers from the hp support site but nothing works.

My network controller is under the other devices tree and it has a ! next to it.

My hardware id is: PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_539B&SUBSYS_18ED103C&REV_00  can anyone please give me a working driver?

Odds are at this point it is not the driver. Just to be sure try this which is the Windows 7 64 bit driver for your Ralink wireless card. I would uninstall the previous drivers first. Go to device manager and select the device and do an uninstall and choose an advanced uninstall which will also erase the drivers. Then run this driver download so it will apply this driver and only this driver to the hardware:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp57501-58000/sp57538.exe

If this fails, which I think likely, I believe you need to replace the card, which is easy and inexpensive on this model like maybe 6 or 7 dollars.
