Your notebook does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements which is an Intel 8th generation core processor or newer, so there will never be any W11 drivers on your notebook's support page.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have?

See if the driver that I zipped up and attached below works:

I found the driver on the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

Microsoft Update Catalog

The release notes indicate support for the Wireless N-7265 adapter, and they are newer than what you have installed.

Microsoft Update Catalog

Company: Intel Corporation
Driver Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Driver Class: Networking
Driver Model: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265, Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-N 7265, Intel(R) Wireless-N 7265, Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168, Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165
Driver Provider: Intel
Version: 19.51.50.2
Version Date: 11/7/2023

You will have to manually update the driver from the Intel Wi-Fi adapter in the device manager.

To do that, download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.

Click on the Intel Wi-Fi adapter.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and hopefully the driver will update, and you will be able to connect to the internet.

If not, I do not have any other suggestions for you to try and you will most likely have to use a USB Wi-Fi adapter or install a different model Wi-Fi adapter.

Thank you for this although it did not work. Will installing windows 10 and updating all drivers  fix the issue?

You're very welcome.

Sorry that driver update didn't work.

Hopefully if you go back to W10 it will work.

If you did an in-place upgrade from W10 to W11 within the last 10 days, you can easily go back to W10.

if you clean installed W11, then you will have to clean install W10.

I still don't get why the Intel 7265 N doesn't work on 11.

I have two PC's with the Intel 7265 AC model and those both work fine on W11.

There must be a difference between the N and AC driver versions of the Wi-Fi adapters.
