HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G9 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

Hello! I have faced the following problem. We had once ordered an HP EliteBook 640 G9 (14.0", i7-1255U, 32GB, 512GB NVMe, Win 11 Pro), Serial number: [Personal Information Removed] without a WIFI/BT adapter inside (there was a special requirement not to have WIFI in the laptop). Such a laptop was received from the HP factory - without a WIFI/Bluetooth adapter in the mini slot. Currently, this laptop is no longer in use in the designated place and can be used together with WIFI.

We ordered a separate WIFI adapter and put it in the WIFI/Bluetooth mini adapter slot (Product Number: 4F2N5AV (Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E 160 MHz +Bluetooth 5.3 WW WLAN)). But unfortunately, Operating Systems (several Windows, Linux) do not see this adapter, therefore neither WIFI nor Bluetooth is available. We had another such adapter AX211NGW available in-place, we thought maybe the previous one was faulty or damaged. But second one also not visible to OS, Diagnostic Tools etc.

In BIOS -> Advanced -> Embedded ports - I don't see any option to enable/disable this mini adapter port....is ir OK?

Also using HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Tools or HP Image Assistant this WIFI/Bluetooth adapter is not visible and there is no any recommendations.

During boot when I go into: 3rd Party Option ROM Management (F3) - I only see the Intel I219 Ethernet controller as well.

Maybe I need to add some kind of new 3rd party UEFI driver/ROM for the motherboard/BIOS to start recognizing the WIFI/Bluetooth mini adapter in the mini slot or maybe motherboard is damaged somehow?

I just want to understand the problem is software/ROM/Firmware based or it's hardware failure from manufacturer

P.S. All drivers on OS level, BIOS/Firmwares on Hardware level have been updated.
