Hello

I upgraded the windows 7 operating system to windows 10. I have been using it for a while now. But with the latest update from windows 10 wifi was not opened. Wifi key does not turn on wifi. Wifi driver does not appear in device manager. No driver to install.

I need help activating wifi.

@Burak06, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Do you have an ethernet cable to connect to your PC?

If yes, perform windows updates on your PC. Follow the steps below:

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hope this helps.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
