I have had to hardest time trying to find a driver for my HP stream Windows 11 product #1234567@GM. Somehow my WIFI connection disappeared and I cannot connect wirelessly. There is no ethernet connection available. I have done all the trouble shooting to add the driver. When I enter the serial or product number nothing is coming up on the main HP website. The bot on the website is no help. Keeps referring me to pay for a service when I already know what I need. Any helps is appreciated. Thanks

Hi:

If the Wi-Fi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device.

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

If you do not see a Network Controller device listed in the device manager, then it is not a driver problem, but something more serious.
