I have replaced the HDD that comes with my laptop with SSD and installed the latest version of windows 10 64bit v1909.
As you know windows update install most of the hardware drives. I only downloaded the BIOS update and Hotkey drivers from your website.
I am facing an annoying issue when i connect the Ethernet cable the WIFI turn off automatically. I logged into the BIOS and unchecked the LAN/WLAN switching.
How can I sort out this issue please?

Hi:
See if this works...
Now that you have disabled the LAN/WLAN switching setting in the BIOS...
Go to the Windows control panel>system & security>administrative tools> services.
Stop the "HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching UWP Service" and change the startup to manual.
Now both the WIFI and ETHERNET should work at the same time.

Thank you for your reply.
I found a service called "LAN/WLAN/WWAN switching service" I changed it to Manual as per your request but it is still the same.
I have to unplug the ethernet cable to make the WIFI connect to the internet.

You're very welcome.
Sorry that didn't work for you.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try, other than to try a newer version of the hotkey support driver if this is not the one you installed.

Thank you for your reply and sorry for late response.
I already installed the hotkey driver, but I am wondering why HP company did not develop a new version for HotKey yet.
I was reading in the below article that I can change the priority of the NIC interface, but I could not find this in my computer.
