HP PAVILION 2019 64bit
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

my laptop HP pavilion has a WIFI problem, While connected with the cable (ethernet) everything is fine, but if the laptop is on WIFI mode, the connection is very instable.

with an other laptop wifi and cable connection are both fine, so most probably the issue is at my laptop.

i've already updated the wirless drivers but the issue persist.

please help me, a gamer cannot have those problems ...

thank you in advance

The speed test does NOT show the upload/download of your machine. It shows the speed from your provider to your modem/router, the results should always are very close for all machines on your home network. The following images show tests on my 3 machines (HP 840 G5, HP Omen, Dell E4310) which use 3 different wifi cards, the Dell only has 2.4MHz card

Looks like the problem is from your provider, not your machine. Please check with them.

Regards.
