Product: HP 250 G4 Notebook PC

Hello everyone, I accepted the wind3 offer and switched to FTTC with a ZYXEL DX 3301 router, every time I try to connect to the internet by wifi with the pc after some research the screen turns blue with DPC break code WATCHDOG VIOLATION and yes restart without connecting. It must be premised that the wifi with other devices (cellular) works and that using an external hotspot connects normally. A technician has tried to replace the network card with no results. Can anyone help me, wind3 assistance is not there successful.Thank you
