I HAVE AN HP ENVY LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 10 PRO

MY GUESS IS THAT MY ISSUE ISN'T JUST MY ISSUE,  I THINK IT IS AN ISSUE WITH ALL WINDOWS 10 LAPTOPS USING WIFI TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.  I AM JUST HOPING SOMEONE HAS A SOLUTION

WHEN ENTERING "SAFE MODE", SELECTING THE "WITH NETWORK" OPTION

SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING DOES NOT WORK WITH A WIFI CARD.

THE ADAPTER IS DISABLED, THE WLAN SERVICE IS RUNNING.

THE ADAPTER CANNOT BE ENABLED.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS?

I HAVE SEEN A BUNCH OF STUFF ON TH NET ABOUT USING MSCONFIG TO SET THE BOOT OPTION FOR SAFE MODE
SELECTING THE NETWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN IN ON THE SIGN IN  SCREEN(THERE IS NO NETWORK ICON ON THE SIGN IN SCREEN IN WINDOWS 10 PRO

NONE OF THE SOLUTIONS I HAVE SEEN WORK, INCLUDING A POST ON THIS SITE BY AN HP TECH WHO SIMPLY SAYS CHOOSE THE "SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING" OPTION WHICH, CLEARLY DOES NOT WORK.
