hi all I'm trying to fix my wife's laptop, she keeps getting the Wi-Fi connection lost and doesn't show any available networks. It keeps saying about broken links possible driver issues. I've tried troubleshooting but no luck. Can anyone help thanks.

(1) Install Wifi driver ( only one will work )

Intel WLAN Driver

 21.40.2.2 Rev.P 19.7 MB Sep 16, 2019 Download

or

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

 2024.0.8.107 Rev.S 14.4 MB Jun 5, 2019 Download

 

(2) Reboot your notebook

(3) Test again ...
