Your machine ACTUALLY is an  HP Notebook - 14q-cs0009tu, its specs

It came with  FreeDOS 2.0 and you installed Windows 10 yourself but DID NOT install wifi driver. That is your mistake. You need to install wifi adapter software to be able to use wifi.

 

Your machine has Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo adapter, part # L21480-005

 

You need following Realtek drivers

 

   (a) Wifi : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98489.exe

   (b) Bluetooth: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98235.exe
