What is the exact model of your laptop (e.g. 5ES85EA)?
To find this product number P/N: this document.


The Hardware Ids you are referring to and the AMD graphics driver. The exact model of the graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6520G.

Please download and install the following driver:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54001-54500/sp54213.exe
