Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I really need some help. I have a HP Envy and it keeps freezing in the middle of doing my work. I have tried everything from factory reset to installing a clean version of Windows. I ran all the hardware checks (fast and extensive checks) and everything passed but the wireless module test. I also ran the HP hardware test for windows 10. The only thing that failed was the wireless module test. Can that be the reason why my laptop keeps freezing? If yes, how can I fix it?
