HP 14s-dq1964

Since a few weeks the “WiFi option” on my laptop is gone. There is also no WLAN button anymore, and I have downloaded it through the HP website multiple times. It then says that the download is complete, but I still can’t connect or even find WiFi options (and yes, I have restarted my laptop).
