It's a hp 7 plus tablet it is old but got it updated been working for awhile now it won't find a WLAN connection when I know there is some available I've scan for one looked in setting reset the tablet everything I can think of if anyone knows anything would be helpful

  • Ensure the router is broadcasting on a compatible frequency (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).

3. Update Wi-Fi Drivers

  • Check if there are any updates available for the tablet's software or drivers. Outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.

4. Perform a Factory Reset

  • If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.
