Hi @TaB420
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your HP 7 Plus tablet is having trouble connecting to available WLAN networks despite your efforts. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check Wi-Fi Settings
- Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled in the tablet's settings.
- Forget the saved networks and try reconnecting to them.
2. Restart the Tablet and Router
- Restart your tablet and your Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection.
- Ensure the router is broadcasting on a compatible frequency (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
3. Update Wi-Fi Drivers
- Check if there are any updates available for the tablet's software or drivers. Outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.
4. Perform a Factory Reset
- If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.
