Microsoft Windows 11

I am using HP LT4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE WWAN Card on my laptop but today it's not connecting to the network and says "Account not active"
I checked the advance options so it shows my network provider name and my sim number but not connecting to the server
further i uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but still it's not connecting

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small letters.
