HP Elitebook Folio 9480m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have windows 10 (64bit) installed HP Elitebook Folio 9480m. To connect through a cellular network I have installed HP lt4211 Gobi 4G Module broadband mobile card. however, it doesn't connect only shows the name of the GPS provider and "No Network"

Do you think whether this is a hardware-based problem or it can be fixed with firmware or driver "other than what is available on the HP support website"?

Kind regards

WWAN is for a SIM card, you have to use your SIM which supports data to be able to access to network (should be your phone provider network).

Your phone won't show your network name therefore the SIM card on you computer won't show network name. Can you use you computer to talk like a phone now ? Can you disable wifi and access to internet using SIM only now ?

Regards.

Thanks for your answer but, it doesn't connect to the cellular network, either way, regardless WLAN is off or on. I can not make a phone call or connect to the internet through WWAN. It always shows "no network".

Kind Regards
