I need help downloading a WWan/Cellular driver for my laptop as im trying to get a external makeshift USB dongle to work

 

it detects my device as a Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device tho

Hi @bosssoider 

 

That's not HP's responsibility; you should contact the seller of the USB dongle. Each HP WWAN driver is designed for specific hardware.

It's a fibocom fm350gl and amazon says i need to get it from my laptop manufacturer

There is no external USB HP WWAN; this is not an HP product. The seller should provide you with the driver.
