Hello HP,

I have problem with my brand new hp laptop only on 5g wifi week signal.

I have no problem with other laptop & devices, in fact 2g single is full strength on my new laptop.

I tried all troubleshooting steps posted in the community but no use.

1)Reinstall WLAN driver

2)WLAM service restart

3)Network config refresh

4)Reset bios setting
