Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What has happened to the quality of assistance provided by HP Support? Today my ZBook was unable to connect to the internet. The problem followed soon after I installed a Windows Update. I spent 15min on the phone to HP technical support then the line was cut. I was called back some 10 min later and none of the troubleshooting suggestions worked so I was told to wait for a call from a local HP technician to arrange a time for them to visit. Totally dissatisfied I called Microsoft and the problem was fixed in about 5 min. Three hours later and I've still heard nothing from HP.

At least, If HP-USA guys see here serious problems, they contact and solve them. I was also able reaching web-chat (hot the bot at the right of the page)

I live in Japan and HP-Japan has isolated itself from users by concrete wall. 3 times I was trying to get to them... every time I had to initiate a ticket in US support, and then US guys had to kick their ass hard two or three times. Only after that I was receiving a call. So love US support guys - they really help when there is no help around.
