When I turned on my device today and tried to connect to my house's WiFi, the connection failed and when I checked the settings, the only thing that appeared was 'Ethernet' and wire connection. I don't know what to do and tomorrow I'll go back to college after my holidays. SOMEONE HELP, PLEASE.

Run the network troubleshooter: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/10741/windows-fix-network-connection-issues

 

This is latest WLAN and Bluetooth drivers listed in your support page:

Uninstall currently installed Realtek WLAN, Bluetooth drivers from device manager and install the above drivers. Restart system and check.
