Hi. I own HP Comfort Grip Wireless Mouse
Product number: H2L63AA
S/N:[edited]

From the very beginning it sounds awful(like something is scracthing inside) when I scroll using mouse wheel.

I've recorded and uploaded this sound. What can I do with this? I'm not from the US.

Also I couldn't find any techsupport contacts for this product. Should it be like this?

Can you take it back to where you purchased it. It does not really sound normal.
