Hi @LockGod
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To find the email address for your HP OfficeJet 8015e (or any HP printer that supports HP ePrint), you will need to enable the HP ePrint service on your printer and then locate the email address assigned to it.
Here are the steps to find the email address for your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer:
1. Enable HP ePrint and Set Up Email
First, make sure that HP ePrint is activated on your printer. This feature allows you to send emails directly to your printer from any email-enabled device. The email address will be provided when you enable ePrint.
Steps to enable HP ePrint:
- Turn on the printer and ensure it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Setup menu (it should be an icon of a wrench or gear).
- Select "Web Services" or "HP ePrint" (depending on your printer model).
- Choose "Turn On" or "Enable" to activate HP ePrint.
- The printer may prompt you to accept the Terms and Conditions for HP Web Services.
- After enabling Web Services, the printer will generate a unique email address for your printer.
2. Locate Your Printer’s Email Address
Once HP ePrint is enabled, your printer will have a unique email address assigned to it. This email address is usually in the format:
<printername>@hpeprint.com
To find the exact email address for your printer:
Using the Printer Control Panel:
- After turning on HP ePrint, navigate to the Web Services or HP ePrint menu again on the control panel.
- Select "Print Info" or "Web Services Info" (depending on your model).
- The printer will print out a page that includes your printer's email address.
- The page will list the ePrint email address along with other related information, such as printer status and web services settings.
Using the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer.
- Go to "Printer Settings".
- Select "Web Services" or "ePrint Settings".
- You should be able to view or copy your printer's ePrint email address from there.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
