You need to ask Microsoft about Office 365.
You are not likely running XP --
If you have not done so,
Check - Consider letting Windows Updates include "other" Microsoft products
Example - Windows 11
Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options
Switch ON "Receive updates for other Microsoft products"
