HP Stream Notebook PC 11

I’m not understanding why my home WiFi network name isn’t showing up in my list of WiFi networks on my computer. I have restarted my computer and the WiFi box and still nothing. Can someone help please ?

What is your HP Stream Notebook PC 11 ? I may ONLY has wifi adapter which support 2.4GHz networks (only) therefore it won't "see" 5.0GHz networks.

Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands, your HP Stream Notebook PC 11 will "see" 2.4GHz network (SSID) and allow you to connect.

Regards.
