My Wi-fi Adapter not working . when i turn on the laptop it shows the networks then while try to connect it it says can't connect to the network the no network found bluetooth is working fine and i tried to update the driver or while installing it crashes computer and black screen comes
Driver :- sp96885 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe
If driver installed it shows this error

My suggestion: perform a CLEAN install wifi driver
(a) Go to Device Manager and uninstall wifi driver,
(b) Reboot machine - Windows should find new hardware and install the right driver for you
If not, please (1) right click downloaded file (2) select run as administrator
