Whenever i connect my notebook through Wi-Fi or ethernet it shows connected and whenever i try to load any website it
shows "There is no Internet connection". On running Windows Network Diagnostics it shows "The Remote device or resource won't accept connections on port https ". I have tried every possible way like re-installing Wi-Fi drivers, RESET DNS, Running Command Prompt with commands " ipconfig/flushdns nbtstat -R nbtstat -RRV netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt netsh winsock reset" but is unable to find a solution......
Please guide me on what to do next......THANKS In advance...

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Barachiel is at your service.
I understand you are in need of support,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:
Check the date and time of the notebook, and change it to the right time, also check for the timezone settings. 🙂
If that doesn't fix it, then follow this link https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04649175 and perform the steps in the given order.
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!

Issues like this are sometimes caused by misbehaving antimalware/antivirus, incorrectly configured VPN clients or incorrect proxy server or firewall settings or but first check that the basic IP connectivity is there:
1. Open a command prompt (WinKey+R, type cmd, hit Enter)
2. Type ping 8.8.8.8 to check if you can reach Google DNS service by IP address
3. Type ping google-public-dns-a.google.com to try the same with a name to see that the name resolution works
If the above went ok, reset the firewall to defaults (if you have made adjustments for e.g. bittorrent, you will have to redo them later). The following applies if you are using the default Windows Defender Firewall:
1. Open the Control Panel (WinKey+R, type control, hit Enter)
2. Select Windows Defender Firewall
3. See that he firewall is on and that you are connected
4. Select Restore Defaults
Next check the Proxy settings in the browser:
1. Open the Edge browser
2. Click the three dots and select Settings
3. Select View Advanced Settings
4. Select Open proxy settings
5. Make sure the Automatically detect settings is Off
6. If you are not using a Proxy server, make sure the Use a proxy server is Off, Otherwise enter the server data
7. Restart the browser and check if you can connect try. e.g. www.hp.com for http and www.google.com for https
If still not working, try connecting with a different browser like Chrome or Firefox
If those work, try resetting/repairing the Edge Browser (if using W10 Fall Creators Update 1709):
http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-microsoft-edge-browser-to-default-settings-in-windows-10
If still no luck, you should try to temporarily disable your antivirus/web security solution and try to access those above two safe sites.
If none of the above works, come back with your detailed findings of the process for possible suggestions.

No problem, too bad that you had to resort to such extreme measures just to get the connection working?
You should have selected your own message as the solution.

Again facing the same problem as mentioned earlier.....
Tried this and it worked perfectly fine
1. Open a command prompt (WinKey+R, type cmd, hit Enter)
2. Type ping 8.8.8.8 to check if you can reach Google DNS service by IP address
3. Type ping google-public-dns-a.google.com to try the same with a name to see that the name
After running windows troubleshooter it says "THe Remote device or resource won't accept the connection"...

You did the checks in msg #3 and no observations to report?
Are you using the windows antivirus or something else?
Have you scanned for malware with e.g. AdwCleaner and Bitdefender, just in case.

Did you have to change any of the proxy settings? One malware tactic is to insert a fake proxy. Another is to mess with your hosts file.
Take a look with notepad or wordpad what you see inside c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Normally it should be pretty much commented (#) out
But did you try with another browser? And is it only with https:// sites that you have issues?
