Hi @Temper1700,

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It sounds like you're experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity issues with your HP Pavilion 360. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Check Wi-Fi Hardware
- Turn on Wi-Fi: Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on. There may be a physical switch or shortcut key (usually Fn + a function key) to enable Wi-Fi on your device.
- Network Adapter: Verify that your network adapter is working properly. Open Device Manager (right-click Start and select Device Manager), expand Network adapters, and make sure the Wi-Fi adapter is listed and enabled.
2. Update or Reinstall Network Drivers
- Update Drivers: Outdated or missing drivers can cause connectivity issues. Visit HP Support to download the latest drivers for your model.
- Reinstall Drivers: Sometimes, reinstalling the driver can fix issues. In Device Manager, right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter, select "Uninstall device," then restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
3. Run Windows Network Troubleshooter
- Windows Network Diagnostics: Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Internet Connections and run the troubleshooter to detect and fix network problems.
4. Verify Network Settings
- Network Settings: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and try connecting manually to available networks.
5. Check Airplane Mode
- Airplane Mode: Ensure Airplane Mode is turned off. You can check this in Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane mode.
6. Restart Your Devices
- Restart Router and Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your router and your HP Pavilion can resolve connectivity problems.
7. Reset Network Settings
- Network Reset: If none of the above steps work, you can reset network settings. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status, scroll down, and select "Network reset."
I hope this helps.
