Desde hace algún tiempo, la tarjeta Wi-Fi de mi portátil HP no funciona. Mi portátil es un HP Pavilion - 14-bk001la. He seguido todas las recomendaciones para solucionar problemas de red, he reemplazado la tarjeta Wi-Fi por una nueva idéntica a la original, he actualizado la BIOS, he comprobado físicamente que el puerto Wi-Fi funciona, he ajustado todos los ajustes de red e incluso he restaurado el portátil a su configuración de fábrica, pero nada ha funcionado. Mi pregunta es: ¿podría ser la batería del portátil el problema? Porque la batería no funciona y, además, cuando uso el portátil simplemente conectado a la corriente sin la batería, el Wi-Fi no funciona. ¿Qué podría estar causando esto?
