Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ds1063cl

The Wi-Fi option is just gone. I can only connect to the internet using an Ethernet cord. I have tried multiple troubleshoot options and don’t know how to get it back. This happened months ago, and then randomly started working again. Now it’s gone again. But I don’t know what made it start working again last time! So I don’t know how to bring it back or fix it. It cannot detect any Wi-Fi options, when I know they are available.

Please start windows <device manager>

- Open <network adapters>

- Send screenshot
