Hi,

 

I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi. i have checked the Wi-Fi drivers in Device manger even there is no that option

 

can anyone please help me on this

What option is not on device manager? You can't find a wireless adapter or...?
If you have unknown devices then you can click on them and try to get the drivers for them automatically...
If you need help for finding the right driver please double-check the HP model (and post the new one) cause the one mentioned by you do not return any product...
