The online check from HP shows that everything is ok with my WiFi connection. However, while I am connected on my WiFi, I get disconnected quite often. Then I have to do the process: System>Troubleshoot>Other trouble-shooters>Network And Internet>Restart WiFi adaptor. Then I get connected. I have also tried the other options (like restart the router), but the problem still remains. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.

Hi:
This is the latest version Wi-Fi driver HP has for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter:
RTL8822CE/RTL8822BE/RTL8821CE, version 2024.10.228.9
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp153001-153500/sp153073.exe
Hopefully, your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter has an older version of the driver installed and this one may help.
If not, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your reply.
I went to Device Manager>Network Adapters and then I updated all of them one by one. Also, I updated the Windows. I did all of it 4-5 hours ago, however, the issue remains.

You're very welcome.
However, you didn't answer my question.
I can tell you that all of the Wi-Fi drivers on your notebook's support page are not the latest ones, and I know where newer drivers can be found.
