Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8/HP EliteBook 845 G8

Dear HP Community
Good Day!  
I am Samath, HP customer. I am seeking for help. 

I have 2 issues with Wi-Fi.
1. Wi-Fi is frequently disconnected and sometime cannot reconnect automatically.
2. Wi-Fi always disconnected when the windows is locked (Windows+L)

I am currently using HP EliteBook 840 G8 and HP EB 845 G8. both have the same issue.
-EliteBook 840 G8, Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX 201
-EB 845 G8, Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCle adapter.

Note: Intel and Realtek don't have a Power Management option. Even I tried to create a registry key but still don't have a power management in properties

My troubleshooting:

-I tried to update bios to the last version
-I tried to update WLAN driver to the last version

but It couldn't be help
