Hi Team

I had recently updated my HP Notebook - 15q-bu100tu  Product Number: 3GP90PA & Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed] with the latest drivers through HP Support Assistant application.  However, the next day after the update, I am not able to see the Wi-Fi icon on the system tray.

I explored many of the internet articles to retrieve, and even tried restoring my system to the date before the update, but none these actions gave a desired result. Could you please attend this issue on priority as I hope you would understand how difficult it is not being connected while working from home as I do work on wi-fi router.

with regards

Praveen Kumar

Hi

Please delete the serial number.

A common problem is the F12 Aeroplane Mode button.

I have the same problem, can connect to ethernet but it seems like the laptops just forgotten that wifi is a thing! It was hidden and not in use as a network adapter in my device manager, tried updating it - no update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing appeared? Laptops 100% not in airoplane mode and I've just attempted to download the HP Wireless Button Driver as you suggested and nothing has happened although it suggests it was downloaded!
