Product: Envy 360

For some reason my ability to connect to Wi-Fi disappeared. When I troubleshoot, it tells me that the Realtek RTL8852 AE Wi-Fi 6802.11AXPCLE adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or have any idea what I should do? Thank you!

I believe you have issues with wifi. Please follow the troubleshooting steps by clicking on the below link.

Note: Update the BIOS  for HP support  website ( take Sure the  charger is connected while updating the BIOS  )
