I have a error message

The Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter is experiencing driver  or hardware related problems

 

How can I fix this please?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Wi-Fi driver HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
