I have a problem with my pc’s wifi.

When i turn on hotspot from my iPhone and I try to connect pc with the hotspot, I can’t do it because among the wifi networks available on my pc there is no one created by my iPhone and I don’t understand why. 
I have this problem only with my pc, because when i try ti do the same thing with my iPhone and another mobile everything works perfectly, the wifi network is detected immediately and the connection works fine.
